Dallas man indicted for organized crime of Organized Retail Theft, felony, for selling allegedly stolen goods–cigarettes– at a convenience store where he worked as a cashier.  Jurors found not guilty.

After a federal jury trial, the officer was found guilty of six felony perjury counts and two misdemeanor conspiracy to violate civil rights counts only.

Result: NOT GUILTY or DISMISSED on 50 counts.
